Euthanasia at Pet Passages is $325 for pets through 50 lbs and $375 above 50 lbs, using weight rounded to the nearest whole pound. This covers euthanasia only. Private or communal cremation is required and added separately to your total. You must bring your pet to our facility for an appointment confirmed by phone.
What does Private cremation mean on this page?
Your pet is cremated with separation from other pets in the same chamber, and your pet’s ashes are returned to you. This is called Semi-Private on our main website. It is not the Truly Private, single-pet cremation service.
What is communal cremation?
Communal cremation is a lower-cost option where multiple pets are cremated together and remains are not returned. Private cremation is the option to choose when you want your pet’s remains returned to your family.
Do you offer euthanasia at home through this page?
No. Euthanasia appointments are at Pet Passages Largo Monday–Friday, 12:30–2pm only. Our team must confirm your appointment by phone, and you must bring your pet to our facility.
Can I submit a request or pay online?
You can send your request online. Payment is not taken online. A team member will call within 30 minutes to confirm your arrangements, or call 727-518-0147.
How soon will someone return my call?
We are available by phone 24/7. If you leave a message, a Pet Passages care coordinator will return your call within 30 minutes to discuss availability, timing, and your selections.
Are keepsakes included?
No. Urns, prints, certificates, and keepsakes are separate from the cremation price. The calculator lets you add optional keepsakes and choose quantities.
Is bringing my pet to Pet Passages free?
Drop-off is free during regular business hours: Monday–Saturday, 9am–5pm, and Sunday, 9am–3pm. After-hours or holiday drop-off is $75. Please call to confirm arrival arrangements.
Will my pet leave Pet Passages?
No. Once your pet enters our care, we do not transfer them to another provider. Your pet remains with our Largo team.
